“Bai Long” began his martial arts training at age 6 in the United Kingdom. By 16, he was one of the youngest black belts in Full Contact Karate/Kick Boxing and one of the youngest champions in the UK.
In his 40 years of training in martial arts, Patrick holds black belts in the following systems:
➢ Full Contact Karate/Kick Boxing
➢ Japanese Karate (Wado Ryu)
➢ American Kenpo Karate (UK Representative for United Kenpo Systems)
➢ Kage Ryu Kenpo (Shihan)
➢ Hoshin Roshi Ryu Jutaijutsu (Shihan, 6th Dan Black belt)
➢ Muay Thai (Kru)
➢ Natural Spirit International (Full Instructor, Level One)
He is also a fully Certified Sifu (master) in the following systems:
➢ Fu Jow Pai (Tiger Claw Kung Fu)
➢ Wing Chun
➢ Sil Lum Weng Chun (Chu Family)
➢ Hung Kuen (US Representative for Lau Family)
Patrick is also a member of the Lau Family Stunt Team in Hong Kong.
